The Role
Are you a commercial-minded leader in the education space? We are seeking a Training Academy Consultant to transform our training programs into a premier, accredited educational institution and a core revenue driver for the Chamber.
You will lead the strategic evolution of the Academy, moving beyond simple workshops to a formal, accredited framework. Your goal is to build a sustainable business model by designing high-impact training for SMEs and large corporations while securing government funding.
Key Responsibilities
Institutional Growth: Lead the transition to professional accreditation and formal certification frameworks.
Business Development: Design bespoke training solutions and innovative sales packages, such as corporate retainers.
Program Management: Manage the full lifecycle of open enrollment programs, leadership courses, and flagship awards.
Operational Excellence: Modernize workflows and digital systems to ensure Academy scalability and efficiency.
Strategic Support: Assist the Director in translating high-level vision into cross-divisional initiatives.
Requirements
Education: Degree in Business, Education, or Training & Development.
Experience: 6–8 years in training management, corporate learning, or professional development.
Track Record: Proven success in program marketing, revenue generation, and client relationship management.
Skills: Strong project management and ability to lead teams independently.
Languages: Excellent English; Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
