Responsibilities: Assist the team in handling client requests on day-to-day account deliverables, including reporting, general support, client and third parties liaison Assist in building creative branding and communications campaigns to resonate with different target audiences from different sectors Provide insights on the themes and content will drive media coverage and conversations, and develop relevant messaging Assist in writing and distributing pitch notes, media releases, fact sheets, newsletters and other communications materials Build and maintain excellent media and influencers relations Monitor and report on communications results, including media coverage, social media etc. Develop relationships with external audiences (i.e. media, third party constituencies) to convey client’s messages Handle research of clients’ businesses and industries to maintain a current knowledge base Under guidance of supervisor, coordinate specific events and campaigns for clients Skills Required: University degree in any discipline1-2 years’ experience in Communications, PR or Marketing in an agency setting preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Spirit as a strong Team Player Ability to prioritise & multi-task Ability to work under intense environment Multimedia literacy is a plus Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Executive Seniority level Seniority level Entry level Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Public Relations, Marketing, and Writing/Editing Industries Public Relations and Communications Services and Marketing Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Ruder Finn Asia by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Account Executive” roles.
