· Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients· Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and partners· Achieve sales targets for health care products and services, program enrolments, training courses, and consultation packages· Follow up on leads, manage the sales pipeline, and provide excellent after-sales support· Develop and execute business and sales strategies to achieve business objectives· Organize and participate in workshops, seminars and promotional events· Collaborate with the team to develop marketing initiatives and referral programs Job Requirements and Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales / account management experience (preferable in education, health & wellness industry)Strong team player with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills Responsible, independent, self-motivated, and target-oriented, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
