Job Responsibilities: Assist in preparing quotations and proposals.
Provide administrative support to the team.
Handle daily correspondence and data entry.
Perform document clerking tasks.
Job  Requirement: F.5/DSE graduated or above with a pass in English & Chinese Language.
or equivalent.
Have a minimum typing speed of 40 wpm and proficiency in Chinese typing.
Have at least 2 years of clerical experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
Proficient in MS Windows applications (Word,  Excel, Powerpoint, etc.).
Attention to detail and accuracy in data input.
