Distribution Account Manager, Hong Kong and Taiwan
As the Distribution Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the distributors and driving the success of the Channel Partner Program in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Your primary goal is to maximize market growth by developing and strengthening a robust channel infrastructure comprised of distributors and various channel partners.
This role requires effective relationship management, ongoing development of channel partners through training and support, and a results-oriented approach to performance tracking. You will also contribute to revenue growth by optimizing sales processes, tools, and guidelines across the region.
This position is based in Hong Kong or Taipei, with a requirement to travel from time to time as required.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for all distributors within the assigned markets
Drive the recruitment of new partners into the Channel Partner Program
Train, advise, and educate partners on Axis’ products, services, and value propositions
Manage stock levels, stock rotation, and product mix to optimize availability
Plan, implement, and follow up on distributor marketing activities in collaboration with the local Marketing Managers
Establish performance targets and conduct regular evaluations of distributor performance
Ensure the achievement of quarterly and annual revenue and growth targets
Deliver comprehensive onboarding and training programs for Distributors on Axis solutions and operational processes
Negotiate and implement distributor marketing plans with clear ROI metrics and performance tracking
Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape, sharing insights with the sales and management teams
Oversee distribution programs and sales enablement initiatives for designated Distributor accounts
Qualification And Experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role
Demonstrated success in consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
Proactive, results-driven, and highly self-motivated team player
Strong knowledge of IP-based technologies and networking solutions
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Fluent in Cantonese and English, both spoken and written
