They are seeking a dedicated and experienced Account Manager to join the team. In this role, you will play a vital part in cultivating and nurturing existing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction. We are seeking a candidate with a farmer mentality, focused on building strong connections, delivering exceptional service, and maximizing account potential. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and cultivate long-term relationships with existing merchants. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, acting as their trusted advisor and point of contact. Regularly engage with merchants to understand their evolving needs, provide personalized support, and address any concerns or challenges. Collaborate with internal teams, including the merchant service hotline and operations, to enhance the overall merchant experience. Responsible for business negotiation and contract management. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or related disciplines. At least 3 years’ experience in sales/account management. Experience in payment/financial industries is a plus. Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
