Job Responsibilities for Account Manager: Sales & Business Development Promote and sell the AV solution, Zoom Phone and UC solution to Enterprise, Meeting Room Automation integrate with Microsoft Teams Room, Zoom Room & Webex.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.
Collaborate with technical teams to deliver product demonstrations Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and market feedback to internal stakeholders.
Sales Executive need to conduct outbound cold calls to introduce our product and solutions Account Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Conduct regular account reviews and provide strategic recommendations to maximize product adoption and value.

Job Requirements: Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.1-3+ years of sales experience for the post of Account Manager, preferably in Audio Visual projects, less experience may consider as Sales Executive.
Understanding of Microsoft Teams Room and Zoom Room ecosystems.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused.
