The Role Manage and maintain a complete set of company accounts, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal policies.
Handle day-to-day AR/AP activities, including issuing and reconciling credit/debit notes, managing miscellaneous billing items, and resolving discrepancies.
Oversee payment processing and ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of vendor and customer statements.
Prepare regular financial reports, providing insights into receivables, payables, and overall financial health.
Conduct detailed reconciliations of key accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Act as the local point of contact for treasury-related matters, liaising with banking partners in Hong Kong and regional finance teams to ensure optimal treasury management.
Your Profile Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years or above relevant accounting or financial experience, preferably in an FMCG or MNC environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, JD Edward) and advanced Excel skills.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger functions.
Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively work with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in treasury or banking coordination is an advantage.
