Scope of Role:Reporting to Manager, this position will be an accounting and finance all rounder that will focus on the Temp Function and Full Set Account. The successful candidate will deliver revenue assurance and management account by driving improvements in process and accountability.ResponsibilitiesTemp Contractor Payroll and related matters for both Hong Kong entitiesTemp related month end adjustments and accrualsTemp NFI and Balance Sheet account reconciliationTemp Bupa and MPF registrationsProcessing temp related journal entriesLiaise extensively with clients and other business partners to resolve issuesRegular and ad hoc financial reporting andFiling and administrative workFull Set AccountingManaging and contributing to the preparation of month end accounts, monthly management reporting pack and relevant entries to the General LedgerCo-ordinating the preparation of weekly and month end UK reporting requirementsMonthly Invoicing to clientsManaging and processing vendor & staff paymentsAssist in yearly budgeting process and Year End AuditAssisting ad hoc tasks as requiredPersonal AttributesBackground experience in doing Full Set AccountsKnowledge on MPF and Medical benefits are preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAttention to detail and proactive, focusing on accuracy and completeness of all processingExcellent time management and organisational skillsThe ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlinesA team player and adaptable to changes in a fast moving environmentCommitment to providing service excellence to all candidates, clients and internal staffThe ability to establish a good rapport and relationships with Consultants and ManagementOther InformationOther duties which are reasonably within the capabilities of a staff member in this position may need to be performed from time to time, in addition to or instead of the above duties.The requirements of this role may change over time and staff is required to accommodate all reasonable changes.Come join our global team of creative thinkers, problem solvers and game changers.
