The individual will be responsible for the book closing of HK & China entities, and to oversee the full spectrum of financial accounting in accordance with statutory requirements and ensure timely and accurate financial and management reporting. Key Responsibilities: Manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets for our Hong Kong and China market. Monthly end closing for China & Hong Kong entities Bank reconciliation for China & Hong Kong books Reviewing expense payments on in-house BPM system for China & Hong Kong entities Understanding of China & Hong Kong tax regulations Monthly compilation of purchase invoices and sales transactions for tax reporting All aspects of financial planning, analysis, and reporting (including tax), providing strategic insights and recommendations. We would love to hear from you if you possess: Strong experience managing multiple subsidiaries. At least 3 years of experience in handling full set of accounts. Degree in Accounting/ CPA designation Independent and highly familiar and comfortable with ambiguity.
