Role Mission
Handle full books for US subsidiary companies (US GAAP) and ensure seamless group reporting under IFRS.
Report to Group CFO in 5-member accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor business performance and support Business Unit to drive strategic initiatives and meet annual targets.
Manage financial accounting: month-end closing, journal posting, internal recharging, monthly reporting.
Analyze financial/operational data for insights, trends, risks, and opportunities to senior management.
Build financial models, business cases, profitability analysis for Capex/Opex investment approval.
Develop annual budgeting/forecasting process (revenue, expenses, cashflow, capital expenditures).
Ensure compliance with business processes and accounting best practices to strengthen controls.
Ideal Candidates
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
3+ years accounting or auditing experience
US GAAP exposure highly preferred.
Big 4 auditing is a plus
Oracle proficiency a plus.
Analytical, detail-oriented, independent with strong business acumen
Excellent communication to translate financial data for non-finance stakeholders
Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
