Key Responsibilities Responsible for the doctor fee calculation process, including automation development, accuracy verification, and doctor statement preparation; Ensure timely and accurate month-end closing, reconciliations and reporting related to Doctor cost are processed accurately and on time; Provide business performance analysis through the interpretation of results and explanation of drivers of variance; Design and enhance management reports and dashboards to improve transparency and decision-making; Assist in Professional fee system implementation projects; and Engage in ad hoc assignments and other projects/duties assigned by supervisor(s)Job Requirements Holder of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related disciplines Professional qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline gained from recognised professional bodies At least 5 years' working experience in auditing and/or accounting preferably in hospital/healthcare/ hotel industry Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Team player, able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge of Power Query or SQL would be a big advantage Compensation and Employment Terms We provide a unique employment experience for people seeking careers in hospital and healthcare industry; and offer competitive remuneration packages to the successful candidates.
