Your Role Manage assigned responsive leads using tools such as Hub Spot, Aircall, Gmail, and Guru.
Pick up and nurture responsive leads.
Provide accurate and timely counsel to leads regarding Hong Kong incorporation, corporate secretary services, tax regulations, accounting, and audit requirements.
Offer a thorough overview of their software and processes to clients, setting clear expectations.
Follow up with leads according to the sales cadence, including calls, emails, and preferred communication channels.
Issue and diligently follow up on invoices to convert leads and facilitate smooth onboarding of new clients.
Inform relevant stakeholders of new clients to ensure seamless processing and collaboration.
Support the company's go-to-market strategy and explore new market opportunities.
What You'll Need to Succeed Minimum of 2-4 years of B2 B or B2 C sales experience.
Outbound sales experience is highly preferred.
Previous experience in the accounting and corporate services industry is advantageous.
Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin (Simplified Chinese); fluency in Cantonese is an advantage.
Self-motivated and proactive, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
Strong communication skills, action-oriented mentality, and a strong entrepreneurial/business sense.
Well-organised and experienced in managing pipelines.
