Responsible for the effective management of the delivery of billing services of the whole group of companies to meet and exceed agreed Service Level Agreement. Formulate billing logistics to ensure invoices are accurately and timely issuedEnsure the billing information is properly updated in accounting systemsWork with business partners and IT to develop and well test the billing system function in supporting new product/services implementationInitiate improvement to billing systems and procedures for efficient operationsLead and develop staff to ensure procedures are complied with Company policies & guidelineHolder of degree or higher diploma Business, Finance, Information Systems or related disciplinesMinimum 3 year experience in similar capacity with management experienceProven people management skillStrong leadership and problem solving capabilitiesSelf-motivated, analytical and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlinesGood communication skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skillsGood command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Committed team playerProficient in Microsoft Office applications.
