Responsibilities: Responsible for checking bills, arranging payments and performing accounts payable functions within the section Perform routine calculating, recording and filing to accomplish the accuracy of payment control Checking requisitions, invoices and orders affecting cost control and F&B operations Apply credit at budgeted cost percentage of the individual food and beverage sales to respective cost centre Aggregate all information from Kitchen, F&B office, Receiving Department and Storeroom and work out the net food and beverage cost Participate in monthly physical inventory taking in storerooms, kitchens and bars.
