Job Description Full Cycle Accounting: Handle all aspects of daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Account Receivable: Responsible for daily client payment and collection, banking affairs and foreign exchange operations, ensuring that funds are cleared daily and settled monthly, and that accounts are consistent with actual assets.
Reconciliation: Conduct regular account reconciliations and analysis to ensure financial data integrity Financial statements: Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, preparing accurate and timely financial statements.
Expense Processing: Approve and execute payments, claims, fund transfers, and payrolls, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement.
Committee compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, company policies and internal procedures Reporting: Report to Accounting Senior Manager or Company's Director Requirements & Qualifications Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline or above, with good command in written and spoken English and basic fluency in Mandarin communication At least 3 years of experience in handling full set account Proficiency in MS Office, advance Excel skill (e.g.
Vlookup, Pivot table) and knowledge in Kingdee, Yonyou, SAP, Wecom, Ding Ding are highly preferred Self-motivated and Strong stress resistance (taking into the timeliness of funds collection and payment + accuracy of accounting), and proactively optimizing process awareness.
