Responsibilities: Provide all-around administrative support such as handling phone calls, greeting visitors, courier arrangements, replenishing pantry and office supplies regularly, office maintenance, clerical work, organizing company activities, etc.
Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and suppliers for operational issues Resolve client's operation issues, including but not limited to maintenance requests, and communicate with various parties for inquiry and work request Support and provide all necessary back-end operational assistance to all internal departments and clients Warehouse storage and stock keeping Oversee and take responsibility for ensuring the office is clean and tidy Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor Requirements: HKDSE / Form 7 or above or equivalent At least 2 years of working experience in office administration/ operation with experience is an advice Detail-orientated, responsible, self-motivated, well-organized, and a good team player Flexible mindset and proactive work attitude Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Chinese typing5-day work Immediate availability is preferred Interested applicants please submit your comprehensive resume, current, expected salary and contact phone number by clicking "Quick Apply".
