POSITION OVERVIEW
Handles incoming telephone and email enquiries
Prepares correspondence such as proposals, contracts, emails, letters, and event orders
Support all sales related analysis and ad-hoc projects
Distributes sales leads
Provides operational support to Sales MICE Team in a timely and appropriate manner
Accurate and timely reporting of activities and related insights
Accurate and timely processing ad hoc report request
Generates and compile daily, weekly and monthly sales activity reports, account production, business performance and analytical reports as requested by Sales MICE Team
Prepare all administration documents and create ad-hoc reports to evaluate immediate and long-term business needs as required by the Hotel Sales MICE Team
REQUIRED SKILLS
Diploma in Hotel Management, Marketing or related field is required.
A minimum of one year experience in hospitality field is required.
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Advanced knowledge in PC skills and Microsoft applications (especially data management tools, Word, Outlook, Power Point; with high proficiency in Excel like Pivot, VLOOKUP, nested formulas, etc.)
Ability to handle clients’ inquiry and communicate to appropriate departments independently
May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
Ability to work under pressure
