Requirements At least 2-4 years of professional experience in an administrative / EA position Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Power Point, in particular) Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and the ability to prioritise work duties Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High degree of personal & professional integrity, trust worthy, a team player with a good attitude towards work and colleagues but can work independently Hard working and responsible Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin and good communicating level in English Fund house administrative assistance experience is desirable Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support and handle general matters, working directly with the CIO Oversee general office functions covering workplace access control, procurement of office supplies, housekeeping, telecommunications, office equipment, facilities management Organise and schedule appointments for team Book travel arrangements Submit and reconcile expense reports for the team Act as the administrative point of contact for internal and external clients Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms Perform administrative and clerical duties such as data entry and maintain records for the company Handle ad hoc duties assigned by CIO & COO
