**Job Description**:
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE
Administrative Assistant (PR0097/22-23)
The appointee is expected to provide a range of administrative support to the Human Resources Office, including:
providing administrative support to the Human Resources Director or his/her delegates;
managing concurrent/acting appointments for academics and senior staff members;
supporting logistics to meetings, committees, and events;
drafting correspondences and reports;
handling information flow and maintaining an effective record and filing system; and
handling HR-related and office budget matters and performing any other duties as assigned.
Applicants should have a higher diploma or an associate degree and preferably with five years of relevant work experience, or a recognised degree preferably with three years of work experience. Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Putonghua and strong communication skills are required. The successful applicant is also expected to be self-motivated, have a strong sense of responsibility, and be able to work both independently and in a team. He/She should also be competent in multitasking and prioritising tasks andhave good computer skills, e.g. Word, Excel, Power Point, and Chinese word processing.
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
