ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPlan, schedule and manage Executive Pastry Chef’s calendar and appointments Administer correspondence, manage incoming calls, emails and mails promptly and in a courtesy manner Provide administrative support to Pastry department, prepare departmental duty roster, manage leave applications Respond to requests for information, refer matters to appropriate parties and recommend action to resolve REQUIREMENTSMinimum 2-3 years of working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, preferably in secretarial function Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese Detail-orientated, organized with excellent interpersonal skills Well-versed with MS Office application
