The ideal candidate will manage a portfolio across brokers and multiple agency channels. You'll be responsible for driving both top and bottom-line growth, aligning with the group's local and regional strategies, targets, and underwriting guidelines. Your new role Responsible for the growth of the P&C portfolio covering both motor and non-motor lines. Oversee the renewal while identifying new business opportunities. Develop and strengthen relationships with various commercial stakeholders to capture market opportunities. Collaborate closely with business leaders and internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies. What you'll need to succeed Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree with at least 4 years in business development or underwriting roles; more experience considered for Assistant Manager level. Certifications: IIQE - Paper 1 & 2. Skills: Proven track record in developing profitable portfolios, strong decision-making, strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Attributes: Independent, efficient, adaptable, result-oriented, self-motivated, with a growth mindset and 'can-do' attitude. Language Proficiency: Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
