Job Description

Meet with the function host prior to events to gather requirements and ensure all arrangements are in place.
Analyze banquet event orders to understand member requirements, coordinate setup, and accommodate any special guest needs.
Enhance the club's reputation by providing personalized service according to the club’s standard operating procedures.
Visit events regularly and communicate with hosts to ensure everything proceeds as planned.

Job Requirements

Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management, Event or MICE Management, or relevant disciplines.
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in event sales.
Knowledge of food & beverage operations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Outgoing, sales-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proficient in PC applications.
