Job Responsibilities: Provide full range of business and operational support to the Group, and its subsidiary / associated companies.
Assist RO / Director / Business Development team in expanding the current business partner network and mainland client base for business development.
Explore new markets and business opportunities, participate in business planning and development.
Handle application documents, policy renewal, retain existing business and explore new business opportunities.
Provide professional advice and risk management solutions to clients.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with insurers and channels; design and negotiate cost-effective insurance programs for clients.
Managing daily client queries and coordinate renewal and claims services for existing clients.
Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
Job Requirements : Minimum 3 to 5 years of solid experience in insurance brokerage firm.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
Passing IIQE papers 1 & 3 is required.
Passing papers 2, 4, and/or 5 will be an advantage.
A Strong professional network in Mainland China is advantageous.
Both Local residents and IANG visa holders will be considered.
Good computer skills, with proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Mature with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
