Client Service Executive World Care Location: Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: Coordinate and manage projects, including scheduling meetings, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely deliverables.
Communicate with clients via phone, email, in-person meetings, or digital channels to understand their needs, and handle inquiries promptly Accompany managers to client meetings, take detailed notes, prepare presentation.
Generate regular updates or reports for management, and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution.
Act as a professional client interface, ensuring responsiveness to client requirements and concerns.
Organize and lead site visits (e.g., clinic tours in healthcare settings), arrange logistics, and provide guided experiences to showcase services.
Offer personalized, high-touch support for key or VIP clients, including itinerary planning, special requests, and proactive check-ins to exceed expectations.
Identify opportunities to promote additional products or services based on client interactions.
Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the executive's daily needs.
Job Requirements: A Diploma or University Degree in any disciplinece.2-3 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in spoken and written English, Putonghua (Mandarin) and Cantonese.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Responsible, well-organized, able to prioritize, and capable of working independently.· Strong multitasking, time management, and attention to detail for tracking multiple client accounts and follow-ups· Compassionate, patient, and proactive mindset to build long-term relationships and drive satisfaction.
