Responsibilities: Participate in and support regional projects and initiatives, including annual salary and bonus reviews, benefits surveys, benchmarking exercises, and insurance renewal administration.
Update compensation data in the systems, regularly consolidate and validate remuneration data from various sources, and conduct periodic audits to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Provide HR reporting support by generating HR and analytical reports on a regular basis to facilitate management reviews.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance digital efficiency; review and give feedback on intra- and inter-team data transfer processes for existing systems.
Support payroll-related activities; collaborate with local and regional staff on movement and administration; ensure compliance of reward and operations practices with current laws and regulations.
Gain exposure to new trends and best practices within the Asia region, including but not limited to India, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
Act as the first point of contact for any inquiries related to rewards operations, escalating issues as necessary.
Assist with any other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Ideally 2-4 years of relevant experience as a compensation and benefits specialist or in a similar role.
Candidates with a payroll analyst or data management background who wish to transition into the C&B field are also welcome.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Point.
Hands-on experience with Success Factors or other HRIS systems is preferred.
Strong attention to detail, comfortable with numerical data, and able to work under pressure.
Open-minded and eager to learn, with the ability to take on challenges in a multi-tasking, multinational work environment.
Good spoken and written English, with strong organizational and communication skills, and a client-focused approach.
Self-motivated, capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Familiarity with current employment rules and regulations is preferred but not essential.
Immediate availability is preferred.
