Key Responsibilities: Answering the phone calls from our clients to arrange samples pickup from clients' premises to SGS Labs for testing in a professional manner.
Screening, forwarding or replying to emails from the customers on any sample pickup issues in a professional manner.
Sorting of postal documents into different zones Working with courier company on pickup schedule.
Handle enquiries/requests from Request Ticket (RT) or similar system Ad-hoc administration support Requirements: High Diploma or above in any subjects At least 1 experience in customer services, more experiences will be considered as Customer Service Executive.
