Group Employee Engagement Manager (64724) Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong About the Client Our client is a leading multinational in the luxury industry, known for its exceptional brands and high-quality products with global presence. They are now seeking a high calibre professional to join them as Group Employee Engagement Manager. About the role Supporting the development and implementation of internal engagement plans and activities supporting the company’s engagement purpose, strategy, and business priorities. Contributing to the development of corporate internal communications narratives and leading the planning and delivery of employee engagement campaigns and projects, including key messages, collateral, and measurement. Organizing middle to large scale employee engagement activities, including but not limited to Annual Dinner and regular townhalls. Using measurement and insight (including employee engagement data) to inform activities and ensure focus on the outcomes. Considering the external implications of implementing employee engagement campaigns and projects. The Successful Applicant Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 7 years of experience in employee engagement, organizational development, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a regional role. Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Strong data analysis skills and the ability to interpret survey results and other metrics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Experience working in a multicultural environment and an understanding of global business practices. Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Additional Requirements Familiarity with employee engagement tools, survey platforms, and HRIS systems.
