About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Human Resources for a leading international school in Hong Kong. The school has approximately 350 teaching and administrative staff, plus part-time and auxiliary personnel. The main duties and responsibilities include:

Acting as a business partner, guiding and advising department heads and the board.
Managing the employment cycle, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and immigration applications.
Leading HR system transformation and change management, especially related to appraisals, training, and payroll.
Managing employee benefits, such as medical, health, and insurance plans.
Driving digital transformation of HR procedures, including use case analysis and project implementation.
Working effectively with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Managing a team of 4-5 HR professionals.
Reporting to the Head of Business (B&O Operation) and the Board of Governors.
Possessing at least 10-15 years of HR experience in Hong Kong.
