Design and implement a comprehensive, worldwide strategy that directly supports the company's overarching vision and objectives.
Conduct detailed market research and competitive analysis to discover new growth opportunities based on global trends and customer needs.
Coordinate with regional teams and laboratories across the globe to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively and are locally relevant.
Work closely with laboratories to enhance operational efficiency, promote new product development, and pursue innovative business models and partnerships.
Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with external dental labs to expand capabilities, knowledge, and market reach.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report the results of strategic initiatives to the executive leadership team.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential risks associated with strategic plans and decisions.
Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to secure support and collaboration for strategic projects.skills & experiences required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business; preferrably Master's in Business Administration.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years in strategic management, focusing on international operations within the healthcare or dental sectors.
Track Record: Proven ability to successfully develop and implement global strategies.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex information and distill it into clear, actionable insights.
Communication: Exceptional communication skills, particularly when engaging senior leaders.
