Job Purpose:To ensure the timely and accurate completion of specific HR tasks, providing efficient and reliable support to the HR department and the wider organization.Key Responsibilities: 1. Task Execution: • Accurately complete specific HR tasks assigned on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure smooth integration of tasks and processes. 2. Data Management: • Input and maintain employee data in the company’s HRIS (Human Resource Information System) ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Generate and provide regular reports as required by the HR manager or other stakeholders. 3. Process Improvement: • Continuously review and identify opportunities for streamlining SDC tasks. • Recommend and implement process improvements after gaining necessary approvals. 4. Compliance: • Ensure all tasks and processes comply with relevant local laws, regulations, and company policies. • Stay updated with any changes in legislation that might affect HR tasks and responsibilities. 5. Stakeholder Communication: • Serve as a point of contact for any queries related to SDC tasks. • Communicate with departmental heads, team leads, or employees as required to complete tasks or gather information.Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on task execution or HR operations. • Proficient in using HRIS and other HR-related software. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations.
