Your new role You will work very closely with the line manager on the company bonus scheme, bonus review, market benchmarking & study, etc. You will support the implementation and review of rewards strategies, including annual remuneration review exercise, incentives, benefits plans for the company. Collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and review incentive plans and reward programs for the company. What you'll need to succeed Bachelor or above in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines10+ years' rewards/ compensation & benefit experience in a sizeable organisation. Good Business sense and great integrity to handle confidential & sensitive information Being immediately available will be an advantage.
