Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry of candidate information, employment records, and HR documentation.
Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
Edit and format Word documents and other written materials.
Provide general administrative support and carry out ad‑hoc tasks as assigned by senior staff.
Requirements
F.5 / diploma or above in business discipline or equivalent.
At least 1 year experience in clerical, administrative, or data entry roles preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Fast learner, multi‑tasking, team player and detail‑minded.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
