Responsibilities Manage all aspects of day-to-day office operations, including facilities and reception Supervise a team of administrative staff, including Executive Assistants, Receptionists and Pantry Assistants Support 1-2 executives on secretarial matters including calendar, expenses and travel arrangements Coordinate with internal and external vendors Requirements 7 years in office management and secretarial support in multinational work setting, preferably professional services sectors.

Solid experience in supervising administrative team.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Native in English and Cantonese, Mandarin is preferred.

Outgoing, proactive, collaborative and able to lift the office up and make external stakeholders feel welcomed.
