Responsibilities Lead and conduct high-impact policy research in areas such as housing, economic development, healthcare, and social innovation.
Supervise junior researchers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational advocacy goals.
Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders and media to amplify the impact of research projects.
Author and edit policy research reports, submissions to the government, and opinion pieces for internal and external audiences.
Manage end-to-end project execution, including data collection, analysis, and drafting evidence-based recommendations.
Handle successful grant applications and other administrative tasks to secure project funding.
Requirements An undergraduate or postgraduate degree with an exceptionally strong academic record from a prestigious university.
Demonstrated experience in policy research and project management, with experience of successfully leading projects.
Proficiency in research methodologies, data analysis, and technical writing.
A self-motivated, diligent, and intellectually curious professional with a practical and open-minded approach.
A deep awareness and genuine passion for public policies and issues affecting the long-term well-being of Hong Kong.
