Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia.
This role is ideal for a proactive recruiter with a strong background in full-cycle hiring, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-regional environment.

Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Utilize various sourcing channels (job portals, social media, networking, agencies, etc.) to attract high-quality candidates.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Collaborate with HR and business teams to align recruitment efforts with regional business goals.
Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition across the regions.
Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2–5 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle regional recruitment.
Proficiency in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential.
