Leading IT&T services company in Hong Kong Job Description • As the key stakeholder to regularly review the business process in order to minimize the operational risk and improve the efficiency & productivity.• Assist the Manager in formulating the workflow design in align with system capability.• Assist to perform business process re-engineering, gap analysis & improvement, and change management.• Liaise with internal & external parties to execute and follow up the operation flow improvement & new initiatives.• Prepare monthly reports with data analysis to highlight improvement areas for management decision.• Work closely with business users & IT to understand the requirements and enhance the functionality in system, and to ensure product/project delivery within the plan schedule.• Follow through the integration of IT system for different business, to ensure smooth transition of migration and integration process.• Assist in managing project deployment, implementation and support, by designing implementation process and testing scenarios, and conducting UAT.• Provide administrative supports including preparation of proposal, projects monitoring and coordination.• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned. Job Requirements • University degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Statistics, Operation Management or other related disciplines• A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in telecommunications service industry and/or with IT knowledge and background• Solid experience in project management and control procedures would be an advantage• Customer and result-oriented, energetic and well-organized person with strong interpersonal and communication skills• Strong numerical and analytical ability to identify key issues and solutions systematically• Proficiency in MS office applications• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
