Responsibilities: Manage the full range of C&B operations, including payroll, pensions, taxation, benefits administration, and leave management, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Lead and monitor the C&B team to maintain personal data and benefit enrollments in compliance with data protection regulations.
Analyze market surveys and benchmark best practices to propose initiatives enhancing the company's ability to attract and retain talent.
Handle expatriate employment packages confidentially and ensure proper filing and data management systems.
Prepare and manage the HR budget and provide regular analysis on staff costs to support decision-making.
Oversee insurance claims processing and prepare approval papers for insurance renewals.
Act as a subject matter expert, advising HR teams and key stakeholders on C&B policies and legal compliance.
Periodically review and enhance policies, guidelines, and processes to achieve compliance and operational excellence.
Deliver HR analytics and reports on key metrics such as manpower, turnover, and payroll costs.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
At least 6 years of HR experience in managerial roles, with a strong focus on C&B, gained from sizable organizations or listed companies.
Solid knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance requirements.
Proven experience managing C&B operations, insurance programs, and renewal processes.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Proficiency in HRMS, MS Office and analytics software.
Self-motivated, well-organized, and capable of managing strict confidentiality and multiple deadlines with a proactive attitude.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
