WPB Chief of Staff We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Manager, Fraud Analytics.

Principal responsibilities Lead Fraud analytics team, regularly review and optimize fraud monitoring rules according to the fraud performance results.

Identify emerging fraud risk and new fraud MO and recommend changes in controls, such as rules, to minimize fraud losses for all channels Analyse latest fraud landscape and provide insights to guide the functions/businesses to understand the emerging risks and business impacts Ensure sufficient resources are available to support the business and operation; explore the development of advance analytic capability Responsible to deliver timely and accurate fraud MI with highlights on key areas of concern Investigate data breach and CPP incidents and work closely with Fraud Management team in terms of damage control and fraud prevention.

Work with Fraud Management team to investigate merchant fraud cases and provide effective solution to mitigate the risk.

Requirements University degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Risk Management or other relevant qualification Minimum 5 years' experience in risk analytics or system solutions With depth knowledge of fraud risk management, criminal investigation experience, good analytical skill and fraud control operational procedures.
