Job Description Description Job Responsibilities Assist in all necessary aspects regarding the team operation & supply chain. Communicate well with customers for quotation, requirements & shipment status. Collaborate on new requirements with related stakeholders & regional office to ensure the company processes orders as per customer requirements. Order processing including order inquiry and monitoring order schedule, order entry and maintenance in ERP system/internal record, payment follow-up, translated artwork follow-up, shipmark and label arrangement, samples arrangement, inspection booking, etc. Work closely with the Quality Department to ensure compliance of products and that factory audits are accepted for delivery. Traveling to China is required. Job Requirements Degree in business administration, merchandising, or business studies or equivalent.5 years or above in merchandising or a related position, preferably with MNC experience. Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible & able to work independently. Detail-oriented and good teamwork spirit. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
