We are now looking for an Assistant Vice President, Food & Beverage to join our Food & Beverage Team. You will be responsible for driving business results, developing and overseeing menu strategies, and optimizing operational efficiencies of all restaurant brands in the Group. As an Assistant Vice President, Food & Beverage, we rely on you to: Develop and oversee menu strategies and standards at the group level. Research and develop new dishes or products at the group level that reflect trends and customer expectations. Stay updated on food trends, dietary preferences, and culinary techniques to enhance menu offerings. Identify talents in the global/groupwide culinary teams for talent development, as well as best practices sharing. Create and govern the training, implementation, and compliance of culinary standards. Work with the Procurement team to drive centralized sourcing for cost efficiency and product consistency. We are looking for someone who: Has proven experience as a Chef in a corporate or group setting. A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred. Possesses a creative mindset with a passion for culinary innovation. Has strong knowledge of menu planning, food presentation, and culinary techniques for multiple cuisines. Has a strong external network in the culinary industry (a plus). Demonstrates excellent organizational and leadership skills. Can work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Has knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Exhibits effective communication and teamwork abilities.
