A renowned insurance company is now looking for a HR Assistant to support the recruitment process to their Talent Acquisition (TA) team.

Job Duties: Support Talent Acquisition Consultants throughout the hiring process Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and facilitate the interview process.

Handle pre-offer tasks on recruitment system - Workday Follow up with hiring managers and candidates to complete Workday tasks Take comprehensive meeting minutes during meetings.

Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Maintaining relationships with internal team and external departments.

Requirements: Diploma or above Minimum 3 years of experience in a related position, ideally within the insurance industry.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Strong attention to detail Proficient in MS Office suite.

Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese.

Enthusiastic team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
