• Provide technical support for PC, Mac, mobile devices, networks, email, and application software to internal and external users.• Perform server administration for MDM, Windows Server, Exchange Server, and Linux Cent OS server, including installation, configuration, backup, and restore.• Maintain IT software and hardware inventory and records, ensuring compliance with IT policies and standards.• Perform data entry for POS systems and regularly check CCTV footage. Job Requirements • Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related disciplines.• 2+ years of experience in providing user support for MS Windows, Office, and other common office applications.• Practical experience in setting up and configuring PCs, Macs, mobile devices, and servers.• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to effectively communicate with users and stakeholders at different levels.• Mature, a good team player, able to work independently and under pressure.• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
