Job Duties Handle consumer complaints & enquiries through phone calls and different social media platforms Manage service provider and maintain the day-to-day operations of the customer service hotline Identify issues in daily operation to drive efficiencies and continuous improvements Update SFDC knowledge and maintain the complaint database Regular review and update training materials for different roles Prepare weekly reports on complaints and enquiries Handle department administration tasks Requirements Higher diploma or above / Degree holder2 years experience in customer services Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and can work as a team Proficiency in PC applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT, and Chinese word processing Proficiency in Chinese and English, fluent Putonghua will be an advantage Independent, well-organized and detail-minded Knowledge of baby-care practices and products will be a plus
