Job Responsibilities Responsible for daily administration and assisting the sales team in handling daily administrative affairs, including document sorting, data entry, order processing, etc. Responsible for sorting and updating customer information to ensure the accuracy and completeness of information. Assist in preparing sales contracts (if any), quotations, invoices, and other related documents. Follow up on customer order status, coordinate logistics and warehouse departments to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and after-sales service related matters to improve customer satisfaction. Assist the sales team in statistics and analysis of sales data and generate relevant reports. Maintain a clean office environment and ensure the normal operation of equipment. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors. Job Requirements Able to communicate in three languages (Mandarin, English, Malay). Proficient in using Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.). Familiar with SQL system. Meticulous work, strong sense of responsibility, good time management skills. Have a team spirit and be able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment. Able to accept short-term business trips to JB.
