About The Role We're now looking for a driven and charismatic Floor Manager to join Pici Sha Tin, the destination for hand rolled pasta made fresh daily in New Town Plaza. As a Floor Manager, you will oversee, lead, and help to coordinate the planning, organising, and training necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality and cleanliness. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, will have 3 to 5 years of experience in the food & beverage industry, and a minimum of one year experience as an assistant manager in a highly regarded restaurant, be hands-on, and enjoy being guest-facing.
