Reference Code: BOD/PA(PT) | Reference District: Yuen Long | Deadline: 11.12.2025 Coordinate and implement project activities Coordinate logistics for meetings, workshops, and events, and serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, facilitating effective communication between team members and external partners Provide administrative support of the project Maintain accurate records of project activities and participant attendance, and prepare necessary documentation and reports Contract will be ended on 11/2026 Requirements: Bachelor degree holder in related disciplines or above At least 1 year or above relevant working experiences in NGO setting Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Excellent PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic Proactive, well-organised, good team player and able to work under pressure The appointment will be made on a fixed-term contract basis.
