Team Coordinator / Administrative Assistant - Investment Training Team (Hong Kong)
You will play a key role in arranging internal coaching, managing global travel, and organizing events that help the training team succeed in a fast-paced financial environment.
Responsibilities
Support the team across different locations by keeping office processes running smoothly and efficiently.
Manage calendars and schedule important meetings.
Organize international travel, including booking flights, creating detailed itineraries, and handling expense reports.
Lead the planning for team events, training workshops, and analyst offsites, managing everything from venues to vendors.
Work closely with Finance, IT, and HR teams to help new suppliers get started and manage daily office needs.
Qualifications
University degree or equivalent professional experience.
At least 3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
Excellent English and Mandarin Chinese skills (both spoken and written) are essential.
Strong experience in team support.
Highly organized with a great eye for detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
A professional who can handle private and sensitive information with total care.
