Maintain licence application and information submission filing system; Provide clerical support to the Licensing Division; Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.
Requirements Tertiary education or above in any disciplines; A minimum of 1 year relevant experience; Relevant work experience and knowledge in licence applications operations and property management are preferable; Proficient in various MS applications and Chinese Word Processing; Familiar with Microsoft Excel functions and formulas is preferred; Detail minded, with common sense and high sense of responsibility; Independent and able to work under pressure; and Immediately available is preferable.
Remuneration will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
This position is offered on a temporary contract.
