Role Description This is a part-time hybrid role based in Hong Kong SAR, providing a mix of in-office and work-from-home flexibility. Qualifications Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, including organizing documents, maintaining schedules, and handling office operations. Strong understanding of Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, ensuring professional and effective interactions with team members and external stakeholders. Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as calendar management, travel arrangements, and project coordination. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment. Familiarity with the technology or research fields is a plus. Proficiency with office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
